Metro Fixings and Watford Football Club Regional Business Partnership

Metro Fixings are proud and buzzing to have teamed up with Watford Football Club as a Watford FC Regional Partner. Starting in March 2021, the Regional Partnership will see us through until the end of the 2026-27 season. 

The partnership and connection to Watford FC provide us with a fantastic opportunity to increase awareness of Metro, as well as help build trust with our customers. With access to two Partner events per season, we will also have the opportunity to meet with fellow Regional Partners and connect, engage, and work with other businesses in the local community.

As a Regional Partner, our branding will be displayed across Vicarage Road Stadium during home EFL Championship games on crowd-facing LED displays, as well as on TV screens throughout the concourses and hospitality areas. Our branding will also be featured on StatZone social media content, which is shared to the Club’s official Facebook and Twitter channels and reaches an audience of over two million fans.

Most important for us, however, is being associated with a club that plays such an important role in its community and is in alignment with Metro’s values of community and relationships, integrity, and responsibility.

There’s also a personal bonus for us here at Metro as several members of staff are Watford FC fans and have a direct association with the community, including our Managing Director, who jumped at the chance to join the partnership programme. It’s a source of great pride and excitement for us all to be part of this partnership and see our name and brand across the Club, and we look forward to the years ahead.
