Restore the integrity of solid timber joists where they have been notched to allow electrical and water services to pass through them. The kit includes one bracket and five screws - reinforce floor joists and protect pipes and cables from the risk of damage from subfloor fastenings.
Please note that we sell these as single plates with the required amount of fasteners, we do not sell these in 5's as Simpson Strong-Tie advertise them as. We appreciate not every bathroom is the same size and has the same number of joists that need notching.
